PC-based voice response system for a regional phone company.

Problem: A phone company needed to provide an automated billing inquiry system that customers could use to query their bill and call detail.

Action: We designed and implemented an interactive voice response system that customers could call 7 x 24 to get up-to-date billing information. The applications we developed integrated the voice response system with our client's existing billing platform, thus retaining the client's investment in legacy infrastructure.

Result: The phone company decreased costs by eliminating the need for a Customer Service Representative to respond to these requests.
