Web-based provisioning and operational interfaces for a corporate messaging system.

Problem: A Telecom company wanted to reduce operational expenses associated with provisioning messaging platforms, as well as speed workflow to provide better customer service.

Action: We designed and implemented new web-based provisioning and operational interfaces and simplified the operators' interaction with the system. In addition to improving ease-of-use, the new system provided additional data integrity checks and validations.

Result: Increased operator efficiency, reduced costs and increased level of service.
